Parent & Me

Parent & Me Swim Lessons create a positive and engaging introduction to the water for infants and toddlers, with a trusted adult participating alongside the child. This program focuses on water comfort, gentle skill development, and early safety awareness through songs, guided activities, and structured play. Instructors lead parents and children through age-appropriate movements that support motor development, coordination, and confidence in the water. The shared experience helps strengthen trust and familiarity with the aquatic environment while laying the foundation for independent swim skills in future lessons.

Group Lessons

Group Swim Lessons provide structured, progressive instruction in a supportive and social environment. Small group sizes allow instructors to give individualized attention while encouraging peer interaction and confidence-building through shared experiences. Lessons follow Premier Aquatics’ proven curriculum, focusing on water safety, stroke development, breathing techniques, and overall swim proficiency. Swimmers advance at an appropriate pace while developing coordination, endurance, and comfort in the water. Group lessons are offered year-round on a monthly schedule and are ideal for building consistency, accountability, and teamwork while maintaining a fun and engaging learning atmosphere.

Private Lessons

Private Swim Lessons offer one-on-one instruction tailored to each swimmer’s skill level, goals, and learning style. This personalized approach allows instructors to focus on specific techniques, overcome challenges, and accelerate progress. Private lessons are ideal for beginners needing additional support, swimmers refining stroke technique, or those working toward specific milestones. Lessons follow Premier Aquatics’ curriculum while allowing flexibility to address individual needs. Offered year-round on a monthly schedule, private lessons provide focused instruction in a calm and supportive setting that promotes confidence, skill development, and water safety.

Fast Tracks

Fast Track Swim Lessons are designed for swimmers looking to make rapid progress in a short period of time. This accelerated program focuses on repetition, consistency, and skill reinforcement through multiple lessons per week. Group Fast Track lessons include eight sessions over two weeks, meeting Monday through Thursday at the same time with the same instructor. Private Fast Track lessons offer four one-on-one sessions over two weeks for focused instruction and personalized feedback. Fast Track lessons are ideal for skill refreshers, quick advancement, or preparing swimmers for upcoming aquatic activities.

Adult Program

Join our experienced Premier Aquatics staff as they provide stroke technique, interval training, and goal setting in a fun environment! Lanes will be available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced swimmers, with intervals and yardage tailored to each level.
